Shipping

FREE Domestic Shipping is available on all US orders. Delivery time on our free standard shipping is 5-7 business days once the item has shipped. Other shipping options are available. 

All addresses with an apartment, unit number or contain a high value item will be shipped with signature confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you might incur.

UNCLAIMED/REFUSED PACKAGES: Customers will incur additional charges if a refused or unclaimed item is sent back to our facility. Customers will be responsible for additional fees to reship the merchandise.

Returns

We have an unconditional 14-Day Return and Exchange Policy. You may return the item for a refund or an exchange and there are NO RESTOCKING FEES.

The following conditions apply:

• Item being returned or exchanged must be in unused and original condition.
• Item must be received by us within 14 days from the moment the package was delivered.
• Cost of shipping is non-refundable and ($5.95) will be deducted from any order that was shipped with free shipping.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping on any exchanges (free shipping does not apply to exchanges). Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote prior to exchanging your item.
