Fantastic dress with terrific floral pattern and bow detail at bottom!  Perfect for holidays!  Sheer black tulle sleeves with rhinestone button detail at back of neck- this unique shift dress is a classic style with some modern detail.  Tracy Reese is a favorite, but since I only wore this once, it doesn't make sense to have this cluttering up my closet...  Please feel free to ask questions and check out photos for measurements.
