She is very exotic with flowers in her long hair isn't she?  The sterling collar necklace measures 19" long  ( pendant is 2 1/2" long) and is hand made. This has good weight and has a vintage look to the coloring of the portrait. I am not sure what she is painted on but is seems to be some sort of stone.
