These unique bank notes are a special type of joss paper that is traditionally burned in Chinese ceremonies and feng shui rituals.  They are commonly burned as offerings and monetary distraction for the 'Hell Gods' during 'Ghost Festival' observations and also ritually burned as offerings for the deceased.

Each new and uncirculated note is beautifully printed in amazing color and detail, and features a compelling image of the Jade Emperor, the Taoist monarch of heaven.
