2 Seafood cookbooks
This listing has two vintage regional seafood cookbooks. Both are spiral-bound paperbacks. One is illustrated.
Captain Johns Seafood Cookbook is compiled by Marge Johnson and Lynne Thimmer, and was published by Cookbook Publishers, Inc. (Kansas) in 1982. Condition: Good--inside looks new with no stains or markings; back cover has a couple of brown spots; front cover has a little scratching wear (maybe where the price sticker was?).
You Caught It--You Cook It! What to Do Next with Halibut, Crabs, Shrimp, Clams & Salmon was published by C & C Publishing (Alaska) in 1989. Condition: Very Good--there is a tiny brown spot stain on the very side of a couple of pages, otherwise this book looks new.
