99% Cotton/1% Spandex.  The waist measures approx. 44" unstretched around the waist with a tape measure.  Wide elastic waist.  2 side pockets and no back pockets.  The bottom of the leg opening is approx. 10" across from side to side, the hips measure approx. 27" across from side to side and the length from the crotch is approx. 29 3/4".  Elastic is good and no signs of wear in the crotch.  I only wore these pants once as they were too big and too short for me so they are in great condition.  Great condition.
