Brand new in package.  Copyright 1996.  Makes one 2" snowman pin.  Included in kit are pattern pieces and easy directions with fabric, hat wire, beads, a bell, a toothpick and a tea bag plus a pin back, a simple turning tool and easy turning instructions.  Items needed a basic sewing kit, small amount of stuffing, thread to match fabrics, red colored pencil, red permanent marking pen, beading needle, glue and four 1 1/2" to 2" twigs..
