This pattern has been used and cut.  Copyright 1961.  Complete with 7 pattern pieces and alphabet transfers.  Instructions included.  Envelope is in very worn condition.

TEEN AND JUNIOR BLOUSES WITH TRANSFER FOR ALPHABET INCLUDED: "Simple to Make". Blouses have round neckline and front button closing. V. 1 has a Peter Pan collar, short set-in sleeves which turn back to form cuffs and embroidered monogram detail. V. 2 is sleeveless and collarless and has lace insertion trim. .
