All fragile items are packed with the utmost care and will be insured. In the unfortunate event of a damaged item, please make contact right away.
Each item is washed (unless it is a NEW clothing item), inspected and then packaged with care. Fragile items are individually wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap and then packed using cardboard dividers and styrofoam peanuts. My goal is to deliver a quality product in the most quick and safe manner possible. Your satisfaction and my feedback are of the utmost importance!!!
