~ Vintage Clown with Umbrella Porcelain Hobo Clown Collectible 70s~
This vintage 1970s, hobo clown is porcelain and dresses in his teal top coat, brown pants, polka dot tie and derby. He has his orange umbrella in case it rains today. His red nose is missing some paint but he won't say how it happened.... He is 7 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" at the base.
