For your consideration, here is a 1968 1969 Compliments of NCO Open Mess Udorn, Thailand Chrome Lighter, with Thailand map, made in Japan.  It has some wear on it.  I don't see a wick in it.  It does not spark, may need a new flint.  It has nice click when opening and closing it.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (319.838e-.5bx3)
