Grater/Shredder disc for Hobart Pelican Head Food Processing equipment.

This is the grater disc for hard cheese products  (Commonly used for grating parmesan cheese, etc)

 These discs fit onto the disc holder for Pelican heads in the #12 and #22 sizes.  Measure 9 1/4" across.  The Pelican Head pictured is for illustration only and is not included in the purchase.   The Pelican Head is available in our store and we also carry the slicer attachment.
