This is a colorful vintage hat by Le’Chapou! It is pillbox style with attached spring color flowers all around and the hat is red velvet. Hat has a red netting veil that has been pulled causing a couple separations. You could replace the veil, remove it, or just enjoy as is! Hat is priced to reflect this imperfection!
