She's Wearing A Beige Pantaloons With Blue, Beige, And Red Dress.  The Top Half Of The Dress Is Navy Blue With Beige Stars And 3 Red Rosettes Up To Collar.  Bottom Half Is Beige With Red Vertical Stripes.  She's Also Has Red Hat With Beige Under Side.
