VINTAGE RUSSIAN USSR SOVIET  PORTABLE RADIO POWER SUPPLY 9 V DC 150 Ma  PU-1M. The box is worn from laying around. Now it is set to work from 220AC outlet, but internally can be set to work from 127 AC power by changing fuse location.

It also can be used as 9V battery charger. Tested and working.
