What happens when injectors get dirty?

Trouble arises when debris, chemicals, and varnishes contained in fuel build up inside the injector; on the filter basket, at the seat of the needle, and the nozzles. As a result of the temperature variations that an engine is subject to, those deposits crystallize.

This deposit build-up may considerably change the injectors performance, and thus the vehicle's proper functioning condition.

Technically, it has been proved that a debris build-up inside the injector measures a mere 3 microns may reduce the fuel flow by 25%, that is, any debris inside the injector may affect the fuel flow, change the appropriate spray pattern, producing improper exhaust emissions, and increased fuel consumption, and a poor engine performance. 

This Fuel Injector Repair Kit is for 4 Four Injectors.

THIS KIT INCLUDES:
 

• Large Injector Seal (lower seal)
• Injector O-Rings (all 3 common sizes)
• Upper Grommet seal
• Pintle Cap
• Micro Filter

We include one extra filer and pintle cap for a total of 5 each (in case you have a mishap)

All 3 common size o-rings included. Honda used different size upper orings depending on year/model.
