Shipping

Refunds and Returns
- Please note that since this is a onetime use key I will not be able to offer a refund on this item once the code is issued. All codes are verified as new and unused before sending.
- If I can not verify your account and feel this is an unauthorized purchase I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
- Customer Service is our priority so we try to make all exchanges and returns as smooth as possible.
- Return items must be approved for return first. You must contact us before sending the item back to us for an RMA #. Item being returned must be in the same condition as rec'd.
- All returns for wrong address, no signature, insufficient address, customer refusal, cosmetic condition, buyer remorse, etc. will be subject to refund less re-stocking fees as listed within our policy page.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
