Plastic Bag Holders Storage. I make these in my spare time. Elastic at the top and bottom to help hold the bags in. Loop at top to hang.  The patterns on these change all the time and you will get one of what ever material is available at the time that I have on hand. 

I would even use one of these on the door knob of a kids bedroom for smaller kids ( say 6 up for safety reasons )  so they can just use it as a dirty clothes bag. Then when its time for laundry, just grab the bag and go. It will help keep the dirty clothes off the floor and the bedroom looking much better.
