1990's Simplicity 7278 Sewing Pattern Girls' Dress and Pinafore: Wrap pinafore A, B has inside button, side tie and flared skirt stitched to self lined bodice at raised waistline seam. A with contrast right bodice and pocket has star applique and button trim. B has optional patch pocket, decorative stitching and appliques. Dress has collar, back zipper, long or short sleeves gathered to bands and full skirt gathered to bodice at raised waistline seam.
