Vintage monochrome used postcard. Shows a WW1 officer standing on a rock near the village of Armensko, in Ottoman Macedonia region, today Alona - Greece. Caption in French and English : "Macedonia - The Round Stone at Armens-Ko. It is seen on leaving Florina and is found at mile-stone 11,500. This stone is on the edge of the Pisoderi road overlooking the wola (meaning whole ?) valley". Standard size. Message on back is dated 1918.

Divided back - with borders - handwriting on back - no stamps or postmarks

In very good general condition with a little ware on edges and corners (please see scans)
