Attention international bidders: Although I ship worldwide, due to postal and customs regulations, I cannot ship to Mexico, Italy and Spain. I will fill out the customs forms honestly listing the value as the purchase price you paid for the item . I will not risk my reputation or yours by lying on a legal document. All domestic shipping charges include delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are based on either first class/parcel post (depending on weight) or priority mail shipping and include a small handling charge. Handling charges include use of heavy packing tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, boxes, bubble envelopes, tissue paper, ribbon, adhesive shipping labels, daily trips to the post office to mail your purchases, etc. These are all supplies that I must purchase in order to carefully package and ship your items to assure that you receive them in satisfactory condition.

I do not have a return policy but under some circumstances, I will accept a return. It is understood that shipping (both directions) is at the buyer's expense and there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover my time and expenses.
