Previously owned, but gently worn. No issues noted.
This coat has a beautiful soft plush fabric trim on the edges at the neckline inside where it buttons, and again on the inside edge of the hood in a beautiful Southwestern Western Aztec style blanket print. It has a draw string at the waist with the little round balls that have push buttons in them to hold it in place when you adjust it to the proper fit. There are patch pockets on each side in front.
I'm not finding a size/fabric content label, but the outside of the coat appears to be wool or a wool blend, and the print trim is probably polyester or cotton, or maybe a blend. The trim feels like a soft velvety blanket. The coat itself is a beautiful medium shade of solid gray.
I believe this is vintage. I've had it for a very very long time, and I'm not sure it wasn't my daughter's at one time...she's been grown and gone for many years, and I ran across this in the back of the coat closet. I honestly have no idea how old it is.
It's in great, previously owned but gently worn condition. It looks like it was worn very little, and is perfect with jeans or slacks.

Not seeing a size/fabric content label, but it is shown on size 16 mannequin who measures 42-33-44.
It fit her fine with no shirt underneath, but would be too small for her if she was wearing a sweater or heavy shirt or dress under the coat.
Best fit would probably be up to about 38 inches around at the bust and 40 inches at the hips.
