David a California native attended UCLA with interest in architecture landing his first experience in design with Ralph Lauren interiors and Bloomingdales RL shops. Inspired by fashion and art David excepted a coveted position working under Simon Doonan creative director at Barney's New York where he was free to create developing his own aesthetics. His formative experience in New York reached a pinnacle at Gucci NYC. Maintaing relations and aesthetics in the handbags and accessories dept of Gucci, Saks, Bergdorfs and Neimans.
