The top consists of a long sleeve scoop neck sweater accented with sewn-on white cuffs, collar and a bit of shirttail peaking through for whimsy. I have worn mine on casual Friday with a pair of flared jeans, and I have also paired it with a pencil skirt for a dressier office silhouette. Would even work well for offices where they love to crank up the AC!
