Excellent pre owned condition with no damage or defects found. 

Adorable navy blue, cotton stretch velvet jacket with a floral pattern.  Button front with belted waist.  Bottom button is decorative - button hole is not open.  Scoop pockets on either hip.  Button cuff and button epaulettes on either shoulder. 

98% Cotton, 2% Spandex
