Comments: Each disc contains two weekly half-hour programs hosted by country comedian Jerry Clower, and a rotating co-host. The show aired in syndication for 40 years and a television version of the program was produced as well starting in 1993. Clower's involvement began in 1973 and lasted over 20 years. Country Crossroads was produced and distributed by the Southern Baptist Convention. Additional Program Information: The co-host for the shows on this record is Susan Raye. Other special features include a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and an examination of Paul Harvey's 1980 controversial remark about country music lyrics.
