From the 1950's this is a men's vintage, Swiss, military wristwatch.

As the highly magnified photos show, this old soldier has had some wear but the brassing on the 1 1/4" case is barely visible to the naked eye and it remains a handsome watch.

It has an oyster dial complimented by silver hour, minute, and sweep second hands, raised silver numbers and markers, silver outer chapter, and date window at 3 o'clock.

The 1 jewel, Swiss movement sets and winds effortlessly, is running strong and keeping very good time.

It is water and shock resistant with a stainless steel, screw-down back and has been fitted with a new black genuine leather strap with silver buckle.
