Excellent condition for the age, no apparent damage. Estimated to be 19th century German manufacture although there are no identifying markings. Appearance wise at worst there are a few small areas that should have a light cleaning which can likely be done with just about anything however I have not cleaned or retouched it in any way.

About 9" tall our starry eyed young lover holds a small bouquet of pink roses in his right hand and in his left what is presumably a Valentine's Day card for his paramour. Given the colors the figure as a whole really does have a bit of a candy/ice cream look to it.
