CKTV Promo Mug

Up for sale is a very unique promo mug. This mug was made for CKTV which is the CBC affiliate channel in Saugenay Quebec Canada. It features the channel's name with a rainbow. What make is unique is the fact it is a CBC piece that does not bear a CBC logo. This would indicate that it was a staff promo piece. This mug features an absolutely spectacular all glass handle. From the design of the piece it likely dates to the 1970s.This is the type of piece that does not come up for sale very often and is must have for the collector of Canadian media memorabilia.

This mug is in mint condition. There is no scuffing or scratching to the piece. There is no chipping or cracking to the piece. There looks to be cracking near the base of the handle to the mug, however this is where the mug was re-fired to join the handle ot the mug.

This mug is truly a heavyweight weighing in at just under 2 lbs. The mug measures 4 (L) x 4 (W) x 6 (H) inches. It has a circumference of 12 inches.
