This is a beautiful puffy heart pendant with what appears to be leaves or ferns as the pattern. The design is raised and has an intricate and detailed recessed black background on both sides. Because it is on both sides, the pendant is reversible so when you are wearing it if it turns over it will look the same. It measures approximately 1 ¼ inches tall and 1 ¼ inches wide. It is close to ¾ of an inch deep.  I believe this is from the 1970s or 1980s. It is unmarked.

This pendant is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I have taken photos of both sides of the pendant. There are some fine little lines that only show with magnification. I don't think they are scratches, more like from the original creation. The black isn't solid in all areas, but again I think that is normal. I have not polished this, I will leave that up to you. Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.
