The Pill Book Guide to Over-the-Counter Medications is in very good used condition.

The Pill Book is the 5th edition published in 1992 and is in acceptable conditon. The alphabetized illustration pages in the middle of the book are loose and one (for medications 0-P) is missing (Image 8). The first inside page has a piece ripped out, but included (pictured).

I recycle packaging to save us both money.
