Payment.  Payment is accepted via PayPal.  Items shipped to Missouri require payment of 7.6% sales tax. 

Shipping.  Items are shipped via USPS within one day of receipt of cleared payment. The tracking number will be posted with the transaction. Please be aware that PayPal eCheck payments take several days to clear and thus cause a delay in shipping. I ship seven days per week, unless I am out of town.

Service.  I strive to provide 5-star customer service.  If you have any problem with your purchase when it arrives, please e-mail me right away so we can resolve the problem. 

Returns.  I try to make item descriptions as clear as possible, but do not hesitate to ask questions in advance of purchase to make sure you want the item. Returns are accepted within 14 days only in new, unopened, unused condition in original packaging for a refund of the item price only. Shipping costs are not refundable.  The buyer pays for return shipping with a tracking number.  If initial shipping is paid by the seller (i.e., so-called free shipping) and the item is returned, the refund will be for the price minus original shipping costs.  Buyers  should contact me immediately upon receipt of their items if there is a problem.
