2 Thomas the Tank Engine Character Figures

First is the man with the black suit. I have seen him referred to as both  Sir Topham Hatt Rubber Figure  and  MR PERCIVAL . This figure is marked as 2010 Mattel, V4655, 07/11 EF, 2010 Gullane.

The second figure I have not found listed anywhere. Maybe I missed him, but I have searched page after page of Thomas items and I have checked a few websites. This figure is marked as 2010 Mattel, V8343 Gullane, Thomas Limited.

Country/Region of Manufacture --  Both are made in China

 Condition: -- Both toys are in very good clean condition.
