Released Exclusively as a Newspaper Promotional Giveaway by Marvel Comics in 2006.
In August of 2006, News America Marketing announced that beginning Sunday, August 20, it would be issuing a series of reprint Spider-Man comics that would essentially start at the very first appearance of Spidey Amazing Fantasy #15 from 1963, and advance through the series. The comics would be distributed in Sunday newspapers across the country. Each comic would be split in half and spread across two consecutive weeks.
Each issue has fun, historically significant memories, 2006 Vintage advertisements for "gogurt", direct TV etc....)
Two staples bind spine of each comic together
Each measures aprox 6.5" x 10" (a bit smaller than a standard size comic book)
Covers are not standard comics glossy. Covers and inside pages are a thinner newspaper type print.
Changes made from original cover including removal of cover price and year of publication was added.

This comic is from a series of weekly newspaper giveaways. Each issue is numbered with the word "volume" in front of the number.
Each issue features Peter Parker as Spider-Man & more in a great full-length stories collected from 'Amazing Spider-Man written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Steve Ditko, (cool Spider-Man Covers).
A must-have for any Spider-Man or Marvel Comics collector or fan!
