This is a rare set of six (6) vintage Miller Studio Chalkware Wall Plaques. They are adorable vegetables with smiling faces. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, perfect to “Brighten You Walls” as stated on the packaging.  I’m not positive, but I think the plaques consist of an Ear of Corn on the Cob, Green Bell Pepper, Lettuce or Cabbage Head, Radish, Squash and Tomato.  They measure approximately 3 ¼ to 3 ½ inches tall and 2 ½ inches wide. The size does vary based on the shapes of the plaques. Each of the plaques has a wire loop on the back for hanging on the wall. The Miller Studio, Inc. Company was located in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

These are all in excellent condition in their original packaging as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I did list them as used because of the damage to the packaging, although they have never been hung on the wall. Two of the plaques have the cellophane wrapping split open in the front of the package so I removed them to photograph, they have a few indentation marks on the back, most likely from storage. The other 4 plaques are still sealed inside the boxes and have never been opened, but some of the cellophane is torn. The boxes and the cellophane fronts show their age, but the plaques are perfect. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

These cute collectible wall plaques would be perfect on the kitchen wall or in a child’s bedroom or baby’s nursery. If you collect the old Chalkware, these will be a great addition to your collection. It is difficult to find a complete set in this kind of condition. They will be great conversation pieces.
