Condition: Original near mint, no cracks, fleabites, or chips in the ceramic vase. One 1/8 inch chip on the lip where the paint has chipped off. Some paint has partly rubbed off around the lip as well.
Design: Bulb shaped base with a thin neck opening up to a tulip shaped floral top.

This feminine Tulip Bud Vase sports a pastel finish in Mint Green and Mauve. The Mint Green has a pearlized surface and the Mauve has a bisque finish. The vase appears to have the shape of a bulb with the tulip emerging from the top. It is supported by a pedestal which adds a nice design to the overall look. The bulbed surface had indentations resembling those of a bulb breaking open to let the flower grow and this also adds a dimension to the overall design. The soft mauve color to the tulip is rightly left in a bisque state to add a delicate touch to this sturdy vase. The mauve has rubbed off in a few places as shown in the photos and in one place looks like the color has chipped off leaving the white surface of the vase. The vase itself is not chipped and feels smooth to the touch. A single bud would be an appropriate amount of flowers to place inside this vase, or sprigs of tiny flowers. It can be used as a bud vase or added to your decorative vase collection. This vase weighs in at 8 oz.
