Copper and light green glass dangle earrings are made with copper plated fish hook style earring hooks and green glass beads. These earrings are lightweight and they come with plastic earring backs. There are two green glass beads dangling from each earring; one small bead and one medium size bead. They have copper accent beads in between. The copper and green colors each complement the other for an appealing combination. These earrings make a wonderful accent to a belly dancing costume or an earth-toned themed outfit.

Total length of the earrings is 1 1/2 inches. The bead dangle portion by itself is just under 1 inch long. The plastic earring backs keep the earrings securely in your ears.

Copper has been used by some of the oldest civilizations in the world. A copper pendant was found in the Middle East that dated from 8700 BC. It's amazing to think that people were wearing copper jewelry so long ago and we still enjoy wearing it today. I think copper is such a unique metal color; it's very different in appearance from silver or gold. It's burnished, darker tone adds a warm and sensuous appeal.
