Each page is created to make learning a fun experience, and the entire book is geared toward parent-child interaction. You don't need to be a professional educator to use these flip-over flash cards. There are two pages for each number, one that the child sees, and one that the parent/teacher sees. The child's page shows a number with a group objects for the child to count, and the parent's card has a list of questions and activities relating to the number and objects in the picture. Book can be held or it may be placed on a table with the built-in fold-out stand. Overall dimensions of the book are 5 1/2"W x 8"H.
