This is one of eight long-out-of-print titles published in 1987 in limited editions of 1,000 copies each by a rather small publisher specializing in books on guns, ammunition and hunting. Originally published in 1903, this facsimile combines often amusing tales based on the author's camping experiences in the North Woods of Canada, wilderness travel lore and practical advice. The book is illustrated throughout by the renowned Thomas Fogarty. 276 pages.
Very slight cover corner and spine end wear are the only flaws detected on the book. The jacket has some modest wrinkling on the lower edges and just a bit on the upper edges. Overall, a very nice copy.
