Enjoy a 'Six-Pack' of our Gluten-Free Dessert Cheesecakes!

Each Six-Pack contains two each of our Blackberry/Cabernet cheesecakes, our Blueberry/Merlot cheesecakes and our Gewurztraminer/Lychee cheesecakes!

We swirl Blackberry / Cabernet puree throughout decadent cheesecake, then top the cheesecake with a chocolate ganache, and top it again with Blackberry/Cabernet sauce. This is a no-crust, gluten-free cheesecake! We co-brand with Whitewater Hill Vineyards.

With the Blueberry/Merlot We make a puree with blueberries poached in merlot and swirl throughout the batter, then top that with a chocolate ganache, finished off with our Blueberry/Merlot sauce. Baked without a crust, these are a great gluten-free dessert!

And the newest 'Vineyard' series flavor, Gewurztraminer/Lychee!

We poach the Lychee fruit in the Gewurztraminer and work the puree into the cheesecake and top that with a Gewurztraminer/Sour Cream glaze!
