This is a special sticker inaugurating the COGUI DOS Tortuguero Launch Range Project conducted from Tortuguero, near Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. This is the temporary rocket range wherein 11 suborbital rockets were launched during nighttime hours to examine atmospheric turbulence, composition and electrical properties. Such information was necessary for the reliability of radio & satellite communications.

Sticker is dated 1998. Measures 4-1/2" x 4-1/4". Excellent condition.
