Carlos I Noriega is a Peruvian and US citizen, NASA employee, a retired US Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel who was in the first ever Spanish language interactive on-line chat while on-board the space shuttle ENDEAVOUR, December 10, 2000. Space shuttle Endeavour is a retired orbiter from NASA's Space Shuttle program and the 5th and final operational shuttle built. It embarked on it 1st mission May 1992 and its final mission in May 2011.
