My style is a mix of fresh feeling space, floral and lots of different textures. I try to experiment and bring new collections every month. I am also open to any suggestion and ideas you have for new developments.
I am not a professional interior decorator or expert designer but with a family history of more than 40 years in area rug, I am not less than an expert.
Since all the rug I sell are handmade in India, we take great pride and care in the production of our rugs. I have private designers who work with me to bring new designs every month. We also do personalization, custom designing and sizing.
We use natural latex and top of the line quality material for finishing, our rugs don't break and they stay longer if carefully used.

We ship worldwide and we have two shipping location US and India, we try to provide the best quality rug at affordable price, sometime, shipping location is decided based on stock position, shipping & handling cost of the rug.
Once ship, takes 3-5 business days to deliver from any location.
International buyers are responsible for any custom & duty charges. We regularly ship rugs to Australia, Canada and UK. In the past 6 months, no customer from Australia & Canada reported any custom duty charges and only 5% buyers from UK paid custom/duty and I guess because they just got unlucky.

Hassle free return. There is no condition for return. You can return the rug if you do not like it within the stated handling time.
We do not charge any re-stocking fees but please make sure that the rug is returned in original condition, you can use your own packaging for return, any question on how to re-pack please contact us.
Good way to pack the rug is: Roll the rug tight, requires 1-3 person depends on size. Use wrapping tape not sticky tape to hold the rug from un-rolling, one layer of plastic and the outer packaging. Use can use the same packaging in which the rug came.
In case if the rug gets damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no extra cost or money refunded, as all items are insured, so there is nothing to worry if the item is delivered defective.
Please understand that FedEx/UPS require pictures for claim processing for defective items, please take few pictures of the tracking label, any visible defect on the packaging and on the rug and email us.
