This listing is for a tall, beautiful polished nickel table lamp that features a modern contemporary design. The vertical metal frame body has beveled edges and an open center, and is topped with an "S" cluster bulb socket assembly. Although it is designed to serve as a handy hotel bedside light, this beautiful lamp will look great in many other environments, too. Uses a standard base light bulb of up to 100W, which is controlled by an inline on/off dimmer switch conveniently located just 3" from the lamp base. The heavy duty cord is a generous 8' long and UL rated to ensure safe operation. Overall dimensions of the lamp, from the top of the finial to bottom of the base = 31", and the base measures 12"W x 6"D. The bare lamp weighs just over 8 pounds.
An 8" nickel plated harp and finial are both included with this lamp. This lamp does not come with a shade, which is actually a good thing for three reasons: 1) We can sell the lamp to you for less without the shade; 2) It saves on your shipping costs (many lampshades are considered "oversize" and cost much more to ship), and; 3) It allows you select the perfect shade that will look best in the environment where you plan to use the lamp.
