Payment or payment arrangements are due within 4 days of the end of the auction. If payment can not be made within 4 days, please email us to make other arrangements.

• Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item would need to be shipped back to us at your expense.
• You may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
• The item must be received by us in the same condition in which it was sold within 14 days of receiving our return confirmation email.
• We will refund the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee (if applicable) when the item is received back, all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We aim to get orders shipped out within 24 hours Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays), after we have received your confirmed payment.

Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times can vary, depending on what shipping service you select at checkout.
