How does it work?
The 13" Antenna Mast is installed on the exterior of the window or metal siding, while the two-prong Passive Repeater Antenna Box is placed on the interior of the window. These two pieces should be placed back to back with the glass separating them. The interior box with two prongs will pick up the signal from your Cell Phone and then transmit it to the exterior 13" Antenna where the signal strength is stronger. The exterior antenna pulls in signals from the outside to increase your signal strength on the interior of your car, home or office !
The antenna has a 7dBi gain and is QUAD-BAND (it works with ALL Carriers; CDMA /GSM /PCS /Analog /Digital).
Please remember: If you have no signal strength at all, please don't expect miracles. This is a passive signal BOOSTER, not a Cell Tower!

Once the Antenna is installed, results should be measured by overall call quality, a decrease in dropped calls and lastly, the number of bars on the Cell Phone display (Some phone displays will move up in bars while others will not budge at all). Signal Bar increases completely depend on how sensitive your Cell Phone signal display is and therefore we place it as the last performance measurement since it is not accurate.
**NEW TIPS sent in from Customers: Try fine tuning the antenna if you do not get the results that you are looking for. Try moving the antenna to the opposite side of the house, try mounting it as high as possible and try adjusting the antenna mast angle AWAY from the house window**
