Orphan pottery lid, probably for a teapot, burgundy in color. Please excuse the lint. The lid does not have white scratches or spots on it. The lid fits a 2-inch opening. The outer diameter of the lid is about 2-1/2 inches.  The underside of the lid is perfect. Excellent overall condition.
