Here is the original first version of Our New Baby, which later became known as Bitty Baby, by Pleasant Company American Girl Doll Co. She has the fuller more finely detailed face and molded hair and lighter blonde eyelashes of the very first dolls. Her neck is marked differently than the other Bitty Baby I have listed, which is a slightly later version. She wears a retired tagged Pink Gingham checked dress which matches the trim. bumpers and cushion on her moses basket. The basket is unmarked so I am not 100% sure that it is Pleasant Company but she came to me in it and displays so perfectly in it!
