Olympus Digital Voice Recorder VN-5000 is working as it should, I just recorded on it and erased the recording works just fine. It requires 2 AAA batteries which I have removed. In order to play the recordings you will need earphones or a microphone which are not included. The recorder is in good condition, as are the instructions, the box is in poor condition.
