Up for sale is a Notley Landing, California 1890's Lumber Shipping Wildest Dance Hall Trade Token
This ship landing was founded in the 1890's by William and Godfrey Notley for shipping redwood and tan bark. It was abandoned in 1937 when Highway 1 was completed. It was a popular destination due to its proximity of being just south of Westmere, the wildest dance hall on the coast (Token Catalog).
The token is made of white metal and measures 21mm in diameter.
